﴿قُلۡ هَلۡ مِن شُرَكَآئِكُم مَّن يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۚ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يَبۡدَؤُاْ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُۥۖ فَأَنَّىٰ تُؤۡفَكُونَ ﴾
[يُونس: 34]
﴿قل هل من شركائكم من يبدأ الخلق ثم يعيده قل الله يبدأ﴾ [يُونس: 34]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Say: Is there any one among your associates who can bring into existence the creation in the first instance, then reproduce it? Say: Allah brings the creation into existence, then He reproduces it; how are you then turned away |
| Mohammad Shafi Say, "Is there any one among those whom you worship besides Allah, who can pioneer the creation and then reproduce it?" Say, "Allah pioneers the creation and then He reproduces it. How then are you fooled by falsehood |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Say: Is there of your partners (whom ye ascribe unto Allah) one that produceth Creation and then reproduceth it? Say: Allah produceth Creation, then reproduceth it. How then, are ye misled |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Say, “Is there any one from your ‘associate-gods’ who originates the creation, then brings it again? To where then, are you being turned away (by your desires)?” |
| Muhammad Asad Say: "Can any of those beings to whom you ascribe a share in God's divinity create [life] in the first instance, and then bring it forth anew?” Say: "It is God [alone] who creates [all life] in the first instance, and then brings it forth anew. How perverted, then, are your minds |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali Say, "Is there any of your associates who begins creation (and) thereafter brings it back?" Say Allah begins creation (and) thereafter brings it back. So wherever are you diverged (into falsehood) |
| Muhammad Sarwar (Muhammad), ask them,"Can any of your idols create something (cause it to die), and then bring it back to life again?" Say, "Only God can originate the creation and bring it to life again. Where have you strayed |
