﴿وَكَانَ يَأۡمُرُ أَهۡلَهُۥ بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ وَكَانَ عِندَ رَبِّهِۦ مَرۡضِيّٗا ﴾
[مَريَم: 55]
﴿وكان يأمر أهله بالصلاة والزكاة وكان عند ربه مرضيا﴾ [مَريَم: 55]
Mohammad Habib Shakir And he enjoined on his family prayer and almsgiving, and was one in whom his Lord was well pleased |
Mohammad Shafi And he used to enjoin his family to pray and to give in charity, and his Lord was well pleased with him |
