Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 94 - البَقَرَة - Page - Juz 1
﴿قُلۡ إِن كَانَتۡ لَكُمُ ٱلدَّارُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَالِصَةٗ مِّن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُاْ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَٰدِقِينَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 94]
﴿قل إن كانت لكم الدار الآخرة عند الله خالصة من دون الناس﴾ [البَقَرَة: 94]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Say: If the future abode with Allah is specially for you to the exclusion of the people, then invoke death if you are truthful |
| Mohammad Shafi Say, "Were the abode in the Hereafter, close to Allah, exclusively for you among all Mankind, pine you for death if you truly believe so |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Say (unto them): If the abode of the Hereafter in the providence of Allah is indeed for you alone and not for others of mankind (as ye pretend), then long for death (for ye must long for death) if ye are truthful |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Say: “If the Last Abode near Allah is purely for you, to the exclusion of all people, then make a wish for death, if you are true.” |
