Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 31 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿وَجَعَلۡنَا فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ رَوَٰسِيَ أَن تَمِيدَ بِهِمۡ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِيهَا فِجَاجٗا سُبُلٗا لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَهۡتَدُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 31]
﴿وجعلنا في الأرض رواسي أن تميد بهم وجعلنا فيها فجاجا سبلا لعلهم﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 31]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And We have made great mountains in the earth lest it might be convulsed with them, and We have made in it wide ways that they may follow a right direction |
| Mohammad Shafi And We have placed mountains in the earth so that positions thereon do not move. And We have made therein passes to enable people to move about and find their way |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall And We have placed in the earth firm hills lest it quake with them, and We have placed therein ravines as roads that haply they may find their way |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani And We created mountains on the earth, lest it should shake with them, and We have made therein paths and ways, so that they are guided |
