Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Anbiya’ ayat 35 - الأنبيَاء - Page - Juz 17
﴿كُلُّ نَفۡسٖ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِۗ وَنَبۡلُوكُم بِٱلشَّرِّ وَٱلۡخَيۡرِ فِتۡنَةٗۖ وَإِلَيۡنَا تُرۡجَعُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 35]
﴿كل نفس ذائقة الموت ونبلوكم بالشر والخير فتنة وإلينا ترجعون﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 35]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Every soul must taste of death and We try you by evil and good by way of probation; and to Us you shall be brought back |
| Mohammad Shafi Every one must taste death. And We test you with trial periods of adversity and prosperity. And to Us you shall be brought back |
