﴿وَلَقَدِ ٱسۡتُهۡزِئَ بِرُسُلٖ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَحَاقَ بِٱلَّذِينَ سَخِرُواْ مِنۡهُم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ ﴾
[الأنبيَاء: 41]
﴿ولقد استهزئ برسل من قبلك فحاق بالذين سخروا منهم ما كانوا به﴾ [الأنبيَاء: 41]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir And certainly apostles before you were scoffed at, then there befell those of them who scoffed that at which they had scoffed |
| Mohammad Shafi And certainly Messengers before you were scoffed at. But then the thing they mocked about surrounded those of them who scoffed |
