﴿يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِن تُطِيعُواْ فَرِيقٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ يَرُدُّوكُم بَعۡدَ إِيمَٰنِكُمۡ كَٰفِرِينَ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 100]
﴿ياأيها الذين آمنوا إن تطيعوا فريقا من الذين أوتوا الكتاب يردوكم بعد﴾ [آل عِمران: 100]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir O you who believe! if you obey a party from among those who have been given the Book, they will turn you back as unbelievers after you have believed |
| Mohammad Shafi O you who believe! If you follow any faction of those upon whom the divine Book was bestowed earlier, they would turn you back to suppressing the Truth after you have come to believe |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall O ye who believe! If ye obey a party of those who have received the Scripture they will make you disbelievers after your belief |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani O you who believe, if you obey a group from those who have been given the Book (i.e. the Christians and the Jews), they will turn you into infidels after you have embraced the faith |
| Muhammad Asad O you who have attained to faith! If you pay heed to some of those to whom revelation was vouchsafed aforetime, they might cause you to renounce the truth after you have come to believe [in it] |
| Muhammad Mahmoud Ghali O you who have believed, in case you obey a group of the ones who were brought the Book, they will turn you back after your belief into disbelievers |
