﴿هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِيَّا رَبَّهُۥۖ قَالَ رَبِّ هَبۡ لِي مِن لَّدُنكَ ذُرِّيَّةٗ طَيِّبَةًۖ إِنَّكَ سَمِيعُ ٱلدُّعَآءِ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 38]
﴿هنالك دعا زكريا ربه قال رب هب لي من لدنك ذرية طيبة﴾ [آل عِمران: 38]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir There did Zakariya pray to his Lord; he said: My Lord! grant me from Thee good offspring; surely Thou art the Hearer of prayer |
| Mohammad Shafi Whereupon Zachariah prayed to his Lord. He said, "My Lord! Grant me a righteous child from You. You do, indeed, listen to the prayer |
