﴿بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي عِزَّةٖ وَشِقَاقٖ ﴾
[صٓ: 2]
﴿بل الذين كفروا في عزة وشقاق﴾ [صٓ: 2]
Mohammad Habib Shakir Nay! those who disbelieve are in self-exaltation and opposition |
Mohammad Shafi But, verily, the suppressors of the Truth are lost in false pride, and deeply out of tune with Reality |
Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Nay, but those who disbelieve are in false pride and schism |
Mufti Taqi Usmani but those who disbelieve are (involved) in false pride and opposition |
Muhammad Asad But nay - they who are bent on denying the truth are lost in [false] pride, and [hence] deeply in the wrong |
