He is the Vanquisher over His slaves, and He is the All-Wise,

﴿وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ٱلۡخَبِيرُ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 18]

He is the Vanquisher over His slaves, and He is the All-Wise, the All-Aware

﴿وهو القاهر فوق عباده وهو الحكيم الخبير﴾ [الأنعَام: 18]
