Quran with British translation - Surah Al-Mumtahanah ayat 3 - المُمتَحنَة - Page - Juz 28
﴿لَن تَنفَعَكُمۡ أَرۡحَامُكُمۡ وَلَآ أَوۡلَٰدُكُمۡۚ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ يَفۡصِلُ بَيۡنَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ ﴾
[المُمتَحنَة: 3]
﴿لن تنفعكم أرحامكم ولا أولادكم يوم القيامة يفصل بينكم والله بما تعملون﴾ [المُمتَحنَة: 3]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir Your relationship would not profit you, nor your children on the day of resurrection; He will decide between you; and Allah sees what you do |
| Mohammad Shafi Neither your relatives nor your children will be of any benefit to you on Resurrection Day. Allah will decide matters in between you. And He sees all that you do |
| Mohammed Marmaduke William Pickthall Your ties of kindred and your children will avail you naught upon the Day of Resurrection. He will part you. Allah is Seer of what ye do |
| Mufti Taqi Usmani Neither your womb-relations nor your children will benefit you on the Day of Judgment. He will decide between you, and Allah is watchful of what you do |
| Muhammad Asad But [bear in mind that] neither your kinsfolk nor [even] your own children will be of any benefit to you on Resurrection Day, [for then] He will decide between you [on your merit alone]: and God sees all that you do |
