That is the bounty of Allah that He gives to whom He - Surah Al-Jumu‘ah ayat 4 in British

﴿ذَٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤۡتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ ﴾
[الجُمعَة: 4]

That is the bounty of Allah that He gives to whom He wills, for Allah is the Lord of great bounty

﴿ذلك فضل الله يؤتيه من يشاء والله ذو الفضل العظيم﴾ [الجُمعَة: 4]
