Quran with British translation - Surah Al-A‘raf ayat 69 - الأعرَاف - Page - Juz 8
﴿أَوَعَجِبۡتُمۡ أَن جَآءَكُمۡ ذِكۡرٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنكُمۡ لِيُنذِرَكُمۡۚ وَٱذۡكُرُوٓاْ إِذۡ جَعَلَكُمۡ خُلَفَآءَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ قَوۡمِ نُوحٖ وَزَادَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِ بَصۜۡطَةٗۖ فَٱذۡكُرُوٓاْ ءَالَآءَ ٱللَّهِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 69]
﴿أو عجبتم أن جاءكم ذكر من ربكم على رجل منكم لينذركم واذكروا﴾ [الأعرَاف: 69]
| Mohammad Habib Shakir What! do you wonder that a reminder has come to you from your Lord through a man from among you that he might warn you? And remember when He made you successors after Nuh's people and increased you in excellence in respect of make; therefore remember the benefits of Allah, that you may be successful |
| Mohammad Shafi Does it surprise you that a Reminder has come to you from your Lord through a man, from amongst you, so that he may warn you? And remember when He made you His vicegerentsh on earth after Noah's people and made you excel in construction activity. So remember Allah's Graces so that you may succeed |
