Quran with English translation - Surah Hud ayat 59 - هُود - Page - Juz 12
﴿وَتِلۡكَ عَادٞۖ جَحَدُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ وَعَصَوۡاْ رُسُلَهُۥ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَمۡرَ كُلِّ جَبَّارٍ عَنِيدٖ ﴾
[هُود: 59]
﴿وتلك عاد جحدوا بآيات ربهم وعصوا رسله واتبعوا أمر كل جبار عنيد﴾ [هُود: 59]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Such were the ‘Ad people. They rejected the signs of their Lord, and did not follow His messengers, but followed the command of every powerful, obstinate transgressor |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And this was Aad, they rejected their Master's signs and disobeyed His messenger and followed order of every stubborn tyrant |
| Ali Quli Qarai Such were [the people of] Ad: they impugned the signs of their Lord and disobeyed His apostles, and followed the dictates of every obstinate tyrant |
| Ali Unal Such were the ‘Ad. They obstinately rejected the Revelations of their Lord (the signs and miracles proving His Oneness and all other essentials of faith) and they rebelled against His Messengers (by rejecting the Messenger – Hud – sent to them), and followed every stubborn tyrant |
