﴿وَرَفَعَ أَبَوَيۡهِ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِ وَخَرُّواْ لَهُۥ سُجَّدٗاۖ وَقَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ هَٰذَا تَأۡوِيلُ رُءۡيَٰيَ مِن قَبۡلُ قَدۡ جَعَلَهَا رَبِّي حَقّٗاۖ وَقَدۡ أَحۡسَنَ بِيٓ إِذۡ أَخۡرَجَنِي مِنَ ٱلسِّجۡنِ وَجَآءَ بِكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡبَدۡوِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ أَن نَّزَغَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَ إِخۡوَتِيٓۚ إِنَّ رَبِّي لَطِيفٞ لِّمَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ ٱلۡحَكِيمُ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 100]
﴿ورفع أبويه على العرش وخروا له سجدا وقال ياأبت هذا تأويل رؤياي﴾ [يُوسُف: 100]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And he raised his parents high on the throne, and they all fell down in prostration before him. He said, “O my father, this is the fulfillment of my vision in the past. God has made it come true. He was indeed good to me when He took me out of prison and brought you out of the desert, even after Satan had sown enmity between my brothers and me. Indeed my Lord understands best, the mysteries of all that He plans, for indeed He is full of knowledge and wisdom |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And he raised his parent to the throne and they fell down before him humbly, and he said: my father, this is the interpretation of my dream in the past, my Master has made it true, and He has been good to me when He took me out of the prison and brought you from the desert after Satan set off enmity between me and my brothers, my Master is indeed nice to what He wants, indeed He is the knowledgeable and the wise |
Ali Quli Qarai And he seated his parents high upon the throne, and they fell down prostrate before him. He said, ‘Father! This is the fulfillment of my dream of long ago, which my Lord has made come true. He was certainly gracious to me when He brought me out of the prison and brought you over from the desert after that Satan had incited ill feeling between me and my brothers. Indeed my Lord is all-attentive in bringing about what He wishes. Indeed He is the All-knowing, the All-wise.’ |
Ali Unal He raised his parents on the throne and they all bowed down before Joseph (as a sign of loyalty to him). He said: "O my father! This is the meaning of my dream of long ago; my Lord has made it come true. He has indeed been gracious to me: He freed me from prison, and He brought you all from the desert after Satan had sown discord between me and my brothers. Truly, my Lord is subtly kind in the way He brings about whatever He wills. Surely, He it is Who is the All-Knowing, the All-Wise |
Hamid S Aziz And he raised his parents upon the throne (of dignity), and they fell down before him prostrate. And he said, "O my sire! This is the fulfilment of my vision of old; my Lord has made it come true, and He has shown me kindness in bringing me forth out |
John Medows Rodwell And he raised his parents to the seat of state, and they fell down bowing themselves unto him. Then said he, "O my father, this is the meaning of my dream of old. My Lord hath now made it true, and he hath surely been gracious to me, since he took me forth from the prison, and hath brought you up out of the desert, after that Satan had stirred up strife between me and my brethren; for my Lord is gracious to whom He will; for He is the Knowing, the Wise |
Literal And he rose his parents on the throne and they fell down to him prostrating, and he said: "You my father, that (is the) interpretation/explanation (of) my dream from before, my Lord had made it truthfully , and He had done good/bettered with me when He brought me out from the prison/jail, and He came with you from the desert from after that the devil spoiled between me and between my brothers, that my Lord (is) kind/soothing to what He wills/wants, that He is the knowledgeable, the wise/judicious |
Mir Anees Original And he raised his parents on the cough and they fell bowing down to him, and he said, “O my father ! this is the interpretation of my vision (which I had seen) earlier, my Fosterer indeed made it a reality and He was indeed good to me when He took me out of the prison and brought you all from the desert after the devil had instigated (ill feelings) between me and my brothers. My Fosterer is certainly kind to whom He wills, He is certainly the Knowing, the Wise |

My Lord is certainly kind to whom He wills, He is certainly the Knowing, the Wise |
