Quran with English translation - Surah Ibrahim ayat 37 - إبراهِيم - Page - Juz 13
﴿رَّبَّنَآ إِنِّيٓ أَسۡكَنتُ مِن ذُرِّيَّتِي بِوَادٍ غَيۡرِ ذِي زَرۡعٍ عِندَ بَيۡتِكَ ٱلۡمُحَرَّمِ رَبَّنَا لِيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ فَٱجۡعَلۡ أَفۡـِٔدَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ تَهۡوِيٓ إِلَيۡهِمۡ وَٱرۡزُقۡهُم مِّنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَشۡكُرُونَ ﴾
[إبراهِيم: 37]
﴿ربنا إني أسكنت من ذريتي بواد غير ذي زرع عند بيتك المحرم﴾ [إبراهِيم: 37]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “O our Lord, I have made some of my offspring to dwell in a valley without cultivation, by Your sacred house, in order O Our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So fill the hearts of some among humanity with love towards them, and feed them with fruits so that they may give thanks |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Our Master, indeed I made some of my descendants live in a barren valley by Your sacred house, so that they may perform the mandatory prayer our Master, so make hearts of the people fond of them, and provide them with the produce so they may be thankful |
| Ali Quli Qarai Our Lord! I have settled part of my descendants in a barren valley, by Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may maintain the prayer. So make the hearts of a part of the people fond of them, and provide them with fruits, so that they may give thanks |
| Ali Unal Our Lord! I have settled some of my offspring (Ishmael and his descendants) in an uncultivable valley near Your Sacred House, so that, our Lord, they may establish the Prayer; so make the hearts of people incline towards them, and provide them with the produce of earth (by such means as trade), so that they may give thanks (constantly from the heart and in speech, and in action by fulfilling Your commandments) |
| Hamid S Aziz O our Lord! Verily, I have settled some of my seed (posterity) in a valley without corn (uncultivable), near Thy Sacred House (the valley of Mecca). O our Lord! That they may establish proper worship, so make the heart of men yearn towards them, and |

| Literal Our Lord, that I resided/inhabited from my descendants at a valley of no plants/crops at Your House/Home, the Forbidden/Respected/Sacred. Our Lord to stand/keep up the prayers, so make hearts from the people fall/drop to them, and provide for them, from the fruits, perhaps they thank/be grateful |
| Mir Anees Original Our Fosterer ! I have settled (some) of my off-spring in a valley without cultivation, near Your Sacred House, our Fosterer ! that they may establish worship (salat), so make the hearts of mankind to incline towards them, and provide them with fruits that they may be grateful |
