Quran with English translation - Surah Ibrahim ayat 45 - إبراهِيم - Page - Juz 13
﴿وَسَكَنتُمۡ فِي مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡفَ فَعَلۡنَا بِهِمۡ وَضَرَبۡنَا لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَالَ ﴾
[إبراهِيم: 45]
﴿وسكنتم في مساكن الذين ظلموا أنفسهم وتبين لكم كيف فعلنا بهم وضربنا﴾ [إبراهِيم: 45]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al “And you lived in the dwellings of people who wronged their own souls. You were clearly shown how We dealt with them, and We put forth parables for you.” |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And you resided in houses of those who did wrong to themselves, and what We did to them was made clear to you, and We gave you the examples |
| Ali Quli Qarai while you dwelt in the dwellings of those who had wronged themselves [before], and it had been made clear to you how We had dealt with them [before you], and We had [also] cited examples for you?’ |
| Ali Unal And you dwelt in the dwelling-places of those who wronged themselves (by associating partners with God and other grave sins), and it became clear to you how We had dealt with them, and We made examples for you (to enable you to grasp the truth and mend your ways) |

| Literal And you resided in those who were unjust/oppressive (to) themselves` residences, and how We made/did with them was clarified/shown for you, and We gave to you the examples/proverbs |
