﴿لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ وَقَدۡ خَلَتۡ سُنَّةُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 13]
﴿لا يؤمنون به وقد خلت سنة الأولين﴾ [الحِجر: 13]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al That they should not believe in it, as certain as those from the past have passed away |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad They do not believe in it, way of the earlier ones who passed away |
| Ali Quli Qarai they do not believe in it, and the precedent of the ancients has already passed |
| Ali Unal They do not believe in it: for certain the pattern of life of the (sinful) peoples of old times has already passed |
| Hamid S Aziz They will not believe therein, though the example of those of past times is before them |
| John Medows Rodwell They will not believe on him though the example of those of old hath gone before |
| Literal They do not believe with it, and (the) manner/nature (of) the firsts/beginners had past/expired |
| Mir Anees Original (So) they (too) will not believe in it, and this (has been) the procedure of the ancients (who) have passed away |
