Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 194 - البَقَرَة - Page - Juz 2
﴿ٱلشَّهۡرُ ٱلۡحَرَامُ بِٱلشَّهۡرِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ وَٱلۡحُرُمَٰتُ قِصَاصٞۚ فَمَنِ ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَٱعۡتَدُواْ عَلَيۡهِ بِمِثۡلِ مَا ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 194]
﴿الشهر الحرام بالشهر الحرام والحرمات قصاص فمن اعتدى عليكم فاعتدوا عليه بمثل﴾ [البَقَرَة: 194]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al The prohibited month for the prohibited month, and so for all things prohibited, there is the law of equality. But if anyone transgresses the prohibition against you, respond likewise against him, but be aware of God, and know that God is with those who show restraint |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad The prohibited month is for the prohibited month, and for all that is prohibited there is fair retaliation. If anyone violates against you, then violate against him similar to the violation against you, and be cautious of God and know that God is with those who control themselves |
| Ali Quli Qarai A sacred month for a sacred month, and all sanctities require retribution. So should anyone aggress against you, assail him in the manner he assailed you, and be wary of Allah, and know that Allah is with the Godwary |
