﴿ثُمَّ بَعَثۡنَٰكُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَوۡتِكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَشۡكُرُونَ ﴾
[البَقَرَة: 56]
﴿ثم بعثناكم من بعد موتكم لعلكم تشكرون﴾ [البَقَرَة: 56]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Then when We raised you up after your death, you had the chance to be grateful |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And We restored your life after you died, so you may be thankful |
| Ali Quli Qarai Then We raised you up after your death so that you might give thanks |
| Ali Unal Then after that death-like state (and your spiritual death), We revived you (recovering you from the death-like state) so that you might give thanks |
| Hamid S Aziz Then We raised you up after your death; perhaps you may be grateful |
| John Medows Rodwell Then we raised you to life after ye had been dead, that haply ye might give thanks |
| Literal Then We revived/resurrected you from after your death/lifelessness , maybe you thank/be grateful |
