﴿وَقَالُواْ مَالِ هَٰذَا ٱلرَّسُولِ يَأۡكُلُ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَيَمۡشِي فِي ٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِ لَوۡلَآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيۡهِ مَلَكٞ فَيَكُونَ مَعَهُۥ نَذِيرًا ﴾
[الفُرقَان: 7]
﴿وقالوا مال هذا الرسول يأكل الطعام ويمشي في الأسواق لولا أنـزل إليه﴾ [الفُرقَان: 7]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And they say, “What sort of a messenger is this, who eats food, and walks through the streets? Why has not an angel been sent down with him to warn us |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And they said: what is with this messenger that he eats the food and he walks in the markets (and streets), why was not an angel sent down to him to be a warner with him |
| Ali Quli Qarai And they say, ‘What sort of apostle is this who eats food and walks in the marketplaces? Why has not an angel been sent down to him so as to be a warner along with him?’ |
| Ali Unal Again, they say: "What sort of Messenger is this? He eats food and goes about in market-places (like any other mortal). Why is an angel not sent down to him so that he may act as a warner in his company (and help him to persuade the people) |
| Hamid S Aziz And they say, "What ails this messenger that he eats food and walks in the markets? Why is not an angel sent down unto him, to be a Warner with him |
