Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Qasas ayat 63 - القَصَص - Page - Juz 20
﴿قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ حَقَّ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ رَبَّنَا هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أَغۡوَيۡنَآ أَغۡوَيۡنَٰهُمۡ كَمَا غَوَيۡنَاۖ تَبَرَّأۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَۖ مَا كَانُوٓاْ إِيَّانَا يَعۡبُدُونَ ﴾
[القَصَص: 63]
﴿قال الذين حق عليهم القول ربنا هؤلاء الذين أغوينا أغويناهم كما غوينا﴾ [القَصَص: 63]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Those against whom the charge will be proven will say, “Our Lord, these are the ones whom we led astray. We led them astray as we were astray ourselves. We free ourselves from them in Your presence. It was not us they worshipped.” |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Those against whom the word (of punishment) is justified, say: our Master, these are the ones whom we misled, we misled them as we were misled, we clear ourselves (from them) before You, they were not serving us |
Ali Quli Qarai Those against whom the word had become due will say, ‘Our Lord! These are the ones whom we have perverted. We perverted them as we were perverse ourselves. We repudiate them before You: it was not us that they worshipped.’ |
Ali Unal Those (who led others to associate partners with God, and) against whom God’s judgment of punishment has been realized will say: "Our Lord! Those whom we led astray, we led them astray just because we ourselves were astray (– they imitated us out of their free will, we never coerced them to it). Now in Your Presence we declare our innocence (of their taking us for partners with You). It was not us that they worshipped. (Rather, they worshipped their own carnal souls) |
Hamid S Aziz And those concerning whom the Word will have come true shall say, "Our Lord! These are those whom we have seduced away; we seduced them as we were seduced ourselves: but we declare our innocence before Thee - they did not worship us |
John Medows Rodwell They on whom doom shall be justly pronounced will say, "O our Lord! these are they whom we led astray: we led them astray even as we had been led astray ourselves: Thou hast no cause of blame against us: It was not we whom they worshipped |
Literal Those who the saying/opinion and belief became deserved on (to) them said: "Our Lord, those (are) those who we misguided , we misguided them as/like we were misguided we declared innocence to You, they were not (to) us worshipping |
Mir Anees Original Those against whom the word will be proved true will say, “Our Fosterer! these are the persons whom we led astray, we led them astray as we were ourselves astray. We (seek to) free ourselves from (this sin and come) to You, they did not worship us (on their own).” |
Mir Aneesuddin Those against whom the word will be proved true will say, “Our Lord! these are the persons whom we led astray, we led them astray as we were ourselves astray. We (seek to) free ourselves from (this sin and come) to You, they did not worship us (on their own).” |
