Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Remember also the ‘Ad and the Thamud people. Clearly there, their fate will appear to you from the traces of their buildings. Satan made their deeds alluring to them, and kept them back from the path, though they were gifted with intelligence and skill |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And (We destroyed) Aad and Thamud, and it has become clear to you by their houses. Satan beautified their works for them, turning them away from the way even though they were able to see |
Ali Quli Qarai And ‘Ad and Thamud, [whose fate] is evident to you from their habitations. Satan made their deeds seem decorous to them, thus he barred them from the way [of Allah], though they used to be perceptive |
Ali Unal And the Ad and Thamud – (their fate) is manifest to you from their dwellings (still lying in ruins). Satan decked out their (evil) deeds to be appealing to them, and so debarred them from the right way, though they were intelligent (enough to see the truth) |
Hamid S Aziz And A´ad and Thamud! But their fate is plain to you from their ruined habitations. Satan made their deeds fair seeming unto them, and turned them from the Way, gifted with intelligence and skill though they were |
John Medows Rodwell And we destroyed Ad and Themoud. Already is this made plain to you in the ruins of their dwellings. For Satan had made their own works fair seeming to them, and drew them from the right path, keen-sighted though they were |
Literal And Aad , and Thamud , and had been clarified/shown/explained to you from their residences, and the devil decorated/beautified for them their deeds , so he prevented/obstructed them from the road/path and they were seeing/knowing/understanding |
Mir Anees Original And the Aad and the Samood, and (their punishment) is indeed clear to you from ( the remains of) their houses. And the devil had made their deeds fair seeming to them (and) thereby turned them away from the way, though they had insight |
Mir Aneesuddin And the Aad and the Thamud, and (their punishment) is indeed clear to you from ( the remains of) their houses. And the devil had made their deeds fair seeming to them (and) thereby turned them away from the way, though they had insight |
