Quran with English translation - Surah Saba’ ayat 43 - سَبإ - Page - Juz 22
﴿وَإِذَا تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَايَٰتُنَا بَيِّنَٰتٖ قَالُواْ مَا هَٰذَآ إِلَّا رَجُلٞ يُرِيدُ أَن يَصُدَّكُمۡ عَمَّا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُكُمۡ وَقَالُواْ مَا هَٰذَآ إِلَّآ إِفۡكٞ مُّفۡتَرٗىۚ وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِلۡحَقِّ لَمَّا جَآءَهُمۡ إِنۡ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحۡرٞ مُّبِينٞ ﴾
[سَبإ: 43]
﴿وإذا تتلى عليهم آياتنا بينات قالوا ما هذا إلا رجل يريد أن﴾ [سَبإ: 43]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al When Our clear signs are rehearsed to them they say, “This is only a person who wishes to hinder you from the worship which your parents practiced.” And they say, “This is only a lie invented.” And the unbelievers say of the truth when it comes to them, “This is nothing but obvious deception.” |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And when Our clear signs are read to them, they say: this is only a man who wants to prevent you from what your fathers used to serve. And they say: this is only a fabricated lie. And those who disbelieve say about the truth when it comes to them: this is only an obvious magic |

Literal And if Our evidences/verses are read/recited on (to) them evidences, they said: "That (is) not except a man, he wants/intends that he obstructs you from what your fathers were worshipping." And they said: "That (is) not except fabricated/cut and split lies/falsehood." And those who disbelieved said to (about) the truth when (it) came to them: "That truly this (is) except clear/evident magic/sorcery |
