Quran with English translation - Surah Ghafir ayat 10 - غَافِر - Page - Juz 24
﴿إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنَادَوۡنَ لَمَقۡتُ ٱللَّهِ أَكۡبَرُ مِن مَّقۡتِكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ إِذۡ تُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَى ٱلۡإِيمَٰنِ فَتَكۡفُرُونَ ﴾
[غَافِر: 10]
﴿إن الذين كفروا ينادون لمقت الله أكبر من مقتكم أنفسكم إذ تدعون﴾ [غَافِر: 10]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al The unbelievers will be addressed, “Greater was the aversion of God to you than is your aversion to yourselves, seeing that you were called to the faith and you refused.” |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed those who disbelieved are called out: certainly God’s hatred is greater than your hatred of yourselves (or one another), for you were called to believe and you disbelieved |
Ali Quli Qarai It will be proclaimed to the faithless: ‘Surely, Allah’s outrage [towards you] is greater than your outrage towards yourselves, as you were invited to faith, but you disbelieved.’ |
Ali Unal As for those who obstinately disbelieve (and die unbelievers), it is proclaimed to them (while they are in Hell): "God’s ‘abhorrence’ of you is greater than your (present) abhorrence of yourselves and each other (because of your being the cause of the punishment you suffer), for you used to be called to faith but you persistently refused to believe |

Literal That truly those who disbelieved they are being called: "God`s hatred/abhorrence (E) (is) greater than your hatred/abhorrence (to) yourselves if/when you are being called to the faith/belief so you disbelieve |
