Quran with English translation - Surah Ash-Shura ayat 47 - الشُّوري - Page - Juz 25
﴿ٱسۡتَجِيبُواْ لِرَبِّكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن يَأۡتِيَ يَوۡمٞ لَّا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱللَّهِۚ مَا لَكُم مِّن مَّلۡجَإٖ يَوۡمَئِذٖ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن نَّكِيرٖ ﴾
[الشُّوري: 47]
﴿استجيبوا لربكم من قبل أن يأتي يوم لا مرد له من الله﴾ [الشُّوري: 47]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Listen to your Lord, before there comes a day which there will be no averting it from God. That day there will be for you no place of refuge, nor will there be for you any room for denial |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Answer your Master before a day comes that it has no turning back by God. On that day there is no refuge for you and there is no denial for you |
| Ali Quli Qarai Respond to your Lord before there comes a day for which there will be no revoking from Allah. On that day you will have no refuge, nor will you have [any chance for] denial [of your sins] |
| Ali Unal Answer the call of your Lord before there comes to you a Day which God will not remove (from them) and none can prevent Him from bringing it. You will have no refuge on that Day nor power of denial (of any of your sins or of your identity) |
| Hamid S Aziz Hearken to your Lord before there comes the Day from your Lord which there is no averting; you shall have no refuge on that Day, nor shall there be room for denial |
| John Medows Rodwell Hearken then to your Lord ere the day come, which none can put back when God doth ordain its coming. No place of refuge for you on that day! no denying your own works |
| Literal Answer/reply to your Lord from before that (E) a day/time comes (there be) no return (protection) to (from) it from God, none from a refuge/shelter (is) for you (on) that day, and none from defiance/ignorance (is) for you |
| Mir Anees Original Respond to your Fosterer before the coming of the day from Allah, for which there is no turning back. On that day there will be no refuge for you nor will you have ( the power of ) rejection |
