﴿لِّيُدۡخِلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٖ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَيُكَفِّرَ عَنۡهُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡۚ وَكَانَ ذَٰلِكَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ فَوۡزًا عَظِيمٗا ﴾
[الفَتح: 5]
﴿ليدخل المؤمنين والمؤمنات جنات تجري من تحتها الأنهار خالدين فيها ويكفر عنهم﴾ [الفَتح: 5]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And that He may admit the men and women who believe, into gardens with rivers flowing through them, to dwell therein forever, and remove their sins from them, and that is in the sight of God, the highest achievement |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad So that He admits the believing men and believing women to gardens which rivers flow through them, remaining in there forever, and He removes their sins from them. And that is a great victory with God |
Ali Quli Qarai That He may admit the faithful, men and women, into gardens with streams running in them, to remain in them [forever], and that He may absolve them of their misdeeds. That is a great success with Allah |
Ali Unal And that He may admit the believing men and believing women into Gardens through which rivers flow, therein to abide, and may blot out from them their evil deeds. That is a supreme triumph in God’s sight |
Hamid S Aziz That He may cause the believing men and the believing women to enter Gardens beneath which rivers flow to abide therein, and remove from them their evil; and that, in the sight of Allah, is the supreme achievement (or triumph) |
John Medows Rodwell And that He may bring the believing men and the believing women into gardens 'neath whose trees the rivers flow, to dwell therein for ever, and that He may cancel their evil deeds: for this is the great bliss with God |
Literal To enter the believers (M) and the believers (F) treed gardens/paradises, the rivers/water-ways run/flow from below/beneath it, immortally/eternally in it, and He covers/substitutes from them their sins/crimes, and that was/is at God a great success/triumph |
Mir Anees Original that He may make the believing men and the believing women enter gardens beneath which rivers flow, to stay therein, and to remove from them their evils, and that is a great achievement in the sight of Allah |
