﴿لَّقَدۡ كَفَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ثَالِثُ ثَلَٰثَةٖۘ وَمَا مِنۡ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّآ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞۚ وَإِن لَّمۡ يَنتَهُواْ عَمَّا يَقُولُونَ لَيَمَسَّنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ ﴾
[المَائدة: 73]
﴿لقد كفر الذين قالوا إن الله ثالث ثلاثة وما من إله إلا﴾ [المَائدة: 73]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al They do blaspheme who say, “God is one of three in a trinity,” for there is no god except the one God. If they do not desist from these words, indeed a terrible penalty will befall the blasphemers among them |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Those who said that God is one of three (Trinity) have certainly disbelieved. There is no god except the one god. And if they do not stop what they say, a painful punishment shall happen to those among them who disbelieved |
| Ali Quli Qarai They are certainly faithless who say, ‘Allah is the third [person] of a trinity,’ while there is no god except the One God. If they do not relinquish what they say, there shall befall the faithless among them a painful punishment |
| Ali Unal Assuredly they also have disbelieved who say: God is the third of the Three, whereas there is no deity save the One God. If they desist not from their saying so, there shall touch those of them who disbelieve a painful punishment |
| Hamid S Aziz They disbelieve who say, "Verily, Allah is the third of three;" for there is no God but one, and if they do not desist from what they say, there shall touch those who disbelieve amongst them grievous woe |

| Literal Those who said: "That God (is) third (of) three." had disbelieved, and (there is) no God except from one God, and if they do not end/stop from what they say, a painful torture will touch (E) those who disbelieved from them |
| Mir Anees Original They have indeed not believed who say, "Allah is certainly the third of the three," whereas there is no (other) god except the One God, and if they do not desist from what they say, a painful punishment will fall on those of them who do not believe |
