Quran with English translation - Surah Ar-Rahman ayat 35 - الرَّحمٰن - Page - Juz 27
﴿يُرۡسَلُ عَلَيۡكُمَا شُوَاظٞ مِّن نَّارٖ وَنُحَاسٞ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ ﴾
[الرَّحمٰن: 35]
﴿يرسل عليكما شواظ من نار ونحاس فلا تنتصران﴾ [الرَّحمٰن: 35]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al On you will be sent a flame of fire and smoke, no defense will you have |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad A flame of fire and melted copper will be sent upon both of you, and you cannot help/defend yourselves |
| Ali Quli Qarai There will be unleashed upon you a flash of fire and a smoke; then you will not be able to help one another |
| Ali Unal There will be sent on you both, a flame of fire (to burn) and a smoke (to choke), then you will not help each other (to safety or refuge) |
| Hamid S Aziz The flames of fire (to burn) and smoke (to choke) will be sent on you two, then you will have no defence |
| John Medows Rodwell A bright flash of fire shall be hurled at you both, and molten brass, and ye shall not defend yourselves from it |
| Literal He sends on you (B) a smokeless flame/blazing heat from fire and copper/sparks of molten iron , so you (B) do not become victorious |
| Mir Anees Original Flames of fire (without smoke) and hot smoke (without flames) will be sent on you both, then you will not be able to defend |
