Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 2 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿هُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكُم مِّن طِينٖ ثُمَّ قَضَىٰٓ أَجَلٗاۖ وَأَجَلٞ مُّسَمًّى عِندَهُۥۖ ثُمَّ أَنتُمۡ تَمۡتَرُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 2]
﴿هو الذي خلقكم من طين ثم قضى أجلا وأجل مسمى عنده ثم﴾ [الأنعَام: 2]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He Who created you from clay, and then decreed a stated term for you, and there is in His presence another determined term, yet you doubt it within yourselves |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He is the One who created you from clay, then He set a time, a finite period that is with Him, yet you still doubt |
| Ali Quli Qarai It is He who created you from clay, then ordained the term [of your life]—the specified term is with Him—and yet you are in doubt |
| Ali Unal He it is Who has created you from clay (in the beginning, and the material origin of every one of you is clay), and then decreed a term (of life for you), and there is with Him another unchanging term determined by and known to Him. Yet, you are in doubt (concerning these manifest truths, some of which you experience and some others you can deduce) |
| Hamid S Aziz He it is who created you from clay; then He decreed a term - a term fixed with Him. And yet still you doubt |
| John Medows Rodwell He it is who created you of clay then decreed the term of your life: and with Him is another prefixed term for the resurrection. Yet have ye doubts thereof |
