Quran with English translation - Surah Al-An‘am ayat 61 - الأنعَام - Page - Juz 7
﴿وَهُوَ ٱلۡقَاهِرُ فَوۡقَ عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَيُرۡسِلُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ حَفَظَةً حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ تَوَفَّتۡهُ رُسُلُنَا وَهُمۡ لَا يُفَرِّطُونَ ﴾
[الأنعَام: 61]
﴿وهو القاهر فوق عباده ويرسل عليكم حفظة حتى إذا جاء أحدكم الموت﴾ [الأنعَام: 61]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He is the Irresistible, high above His worshippers, and He sets guardians over you. Then when death approaches one of you, Our angels take her soul, and they never fail in their duty |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad He is dominant over His servants, and He sends guardians for you until when the death comes to one of you and Our messengers (angels) take him back, and they do not fall short |
| Ali Quli Qarai He is the All-dominant over His servants, and He sends guards to [protect] you. When death approaches anyone of you, Our messengers take him away and they do not neglect [their duty] |
| Ali Unal He is the All-Omnipotent over His servants; and He sends to you (angel) guardians (who watch over, and keep a record of, whatever you do). When death finally approaches any of you, Our envoys (the angels assigned to this duty) take his soul, and they do not neglect (any part of their tasks) |
| Hamid S Aziz He is omnipotent over His servants; He sets guardians over you until, when death comes to any one of you, Our messengers receive him and they never fail their duty |
| John Medows Rodwell Supreme over his servants, He sendeth forth guardians who watch over you, until, when death overtaketh any one of you, our messengers take his soul, and fail not |
| Literal And He is the defeater/conqueror over His worshippers/slaves, and He sends on you caretakers/keepers/angels until if the death came (to) any of you, Our messengers made him die, and they do not neglect/waste |
| Mir Anees Original And He is Omnipotent (All Powerful) over His servants. And protectors are sent over you by Him (and they protect you), until when death comes to one of you, Our messengers take him back (cause him to die) and they do not neglect |
