Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Jumu‘ah ayat 5 - الجُمعَة - Page - Juz 28
﴿مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ حُمِّلُواْ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَحۡمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلۡحِمَارِ يَحۡمِلُ أَسۡفَارَۢاۚ بِئۡسَ مَثَلُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴾
[الجُمعَة: 5]
﴿مثل الذين حملوا التوراة ثم لم يحملوها كمثل الحمار يحمل أسفارا بئس﴾ [الجُمعَة: 5]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al The similitude of those who were charged with the obligations of the Mosaic Law, but who failed in those obligations, is that of a donkey that carries huge tomes. Unenviable is the similitude of people who falsify the signs of God, and God does not guide people who do wrong |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Example of those who were charged with the Torah and they did not carry it out is like the example of the donkey carrying books. The example of the people who denied God's signs is bad. And God does not guide the wrongdoing people |
