Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Munafiqun ayat 3 - المُنَافِقُونَ - Page - Juz 28
﴿ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ﴾
[المُنَافِقُونَ: 3]
﴿ذلك بأنهم آمنوا ثم كفروا فطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يفقهون﴾ [المُنَافِقُونَ: 3]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Because they believed, then they rejected faith, a seal was set on their hearts, therefore they do not understand |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad That is because they believed, then disbelieved, so their hearts were sealed so that they do not understand |
| Ali Quli Qarai That is because they believed and then disbelieved, so their hearts were sealed. Hence, they do not understand |
| Ali Unal That is because they declared faith but thereafter (inwardly) disbelieved, so a seal has been set on their hearts so that they do not grasp the truth (and cannot recover the ability to reach to it) |
| Hamid S Aziz That is because they believe, then disbelieve, so a seal is set upon their heart so that they do not understand |
| John Medows Rodwell This, for that they believed, then became unbelievers!Therefore hath a seal been set upon their hearts, and they understand not |
| Literal That (is) because they (E) believed, then they disbelieved, so (it) was stamped/sealed on their hearts/minds , so they do not understand/learn |
