Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Munafiqun ayat 8 - المُنَافِقُونَ - Page - Juz 28
﴿يَقُولُونَ لَئِن رَّجَعۡنَآ إِلَى ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ لَيُخۡرِجَنَّ ٱلۡأَعَزُّ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡأَذَلَّۚ وَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِۦ وَلِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ ﴾
[المُنَافِقُونَ: 8]
﴿يقولون لئن رجعنا إلى المدينة ليخرجن الأعز منها الأذل ولله العزة ولرسوله﴾ [المُنَافِقُونَ: 8]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al They say, “If we return to Medina, surely the elites will expel the meek from there.” But honor belongs to God and His messenger, and to the believers, but the hypocrites know not |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad They say: if we return to Medina, the more powerful shall drive out the weaker from there. The power (and honor) belongs to God and His messenger and the believers, but the hypocrites do not know |
| Ali Quli Qarai They say, ‘When we return to the city, the mighty will surely expel the weak from it.’ Yet all might belongs to Allah and His Apostle and the faithful, but the hypocrites do not know |
| Ali Unal They say: "For certain, if we return to Madinah, those with more status and power will drive out from it the weaker and lowlier ones." But all glory and might belong to God, and (by His leave) to His Messenger and the believers. But (being incapable of knowledge of the truth) the hypocrites do not know this |
