﴿ءَأَمِنتُم مَّن فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ أَن يَخۡسِفَ بِكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ ﴾
[المُلك: 16]
﴿أأمنتم من في السماء أن يخسف بكم الأرض فإذا هي تمور﴾ [المُلك: 16]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Do you feel secure that He Who is in heaven will not cause you to be swallowed up by the earth when it shakes |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Are you safe from the One in the sky that He does not make you sink in the earth when it suddenly shakes |
| Ali Quli Qarai Are you secure that He who is in the sky will not make the earth swallow you while it quakes |
| Ali Unal And yet, are you secure that He Who is above everything will not cause the earth to swallow you up then, when it is in a state of commotion |
| Hamid S Aziz Have you taken security from Him Who is in heaven that He will not make the earth swallow you when it is shaken (convulsed) |
| John Medows Rodwell What! are ye sure that He who is in Heaven will not cleave the Earth beneath you? And lo, it shall quake |
| Literal Did you become safe/secure (trust) whom (are) in the sky/space that (E) He sinks down with you the earth/Planet Earth, so then it agitates/sways |
| Mir Anees Original Or are you secure from Him Who is in the sky, that He will (not) make the earth sink with you when it is repeatedly shaken (during an earth quake) |
