Quran with English translation - Surah Al-haqqah ayat 7 - الحَاقة - Page - Juz 29
﴿سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ سَبۡعَ لَيَالٖ وَثَمَٰنِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومٗاۖ فَتَرَى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ فِيهَا صَرۡعَىٰ كَأَنَّهُمۡ أَعۡجَازُ نَخۡلٍ خَاوِيَةٖ ﴾
[الحَاقة: 7]
﴿سخرها عليهم سبع ليال وثمانية أيام حسوما فترى القوم فيها صرعى كأنهم﴾ [الحَاقة: 7]
Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al He made it rage against them seven nights and eight days in succession. So that you could see the people lying prostrate in its path, as if they had been roots of hollow palm trees tumbled down |
Ali Bakhtiari Nejad which He subjected them to seven night and eight days of it consecutively, then you see the people fallen down in it as if they were trunks of hollow (and dried up) palm tree |
Ali Quli Qarai which He clamped on them for seven gruelling nights and eight days, so that you could see the people there lying about prostrate as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees |
Ali Unal Which God made to prevail against them for seven nights and eight days, uninterruptedly, so that you could have seen people lying overthrown in it, as though they were hollow trunks of palm-trees |
