Quran with English translation - Surah Al-A‘raf ayat 54 - الأعرَاف - Page - Juz 8
﴿إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٖ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ يُغۡشِي ٱلَّيۡلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ يَطۡلُبُهُۥ حَثِيثٗا وَٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَ وَٱلنُّجُومَ مُسَخَّرَٰتِۭ بِأَمۡرِهِۦٓۗ أَلَا لَهُ ٱلۡخَلۡقُ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُۗ تَبَارَكَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ ﴾
[الأعرَاف: 54]
﴿إن ربكم الله الذي خلق السموات والأرض في ستة أيام ثم استوى﴾ [الأعرَاف: 54]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Your Guardian Evolver is God, He Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and is firmly established on the throne. He draws the night over the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession. He created the sun, the moon, and the stars, all governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern? Blessed is God, the Lord of all the worlds |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad Indeed your Master is God, the One who created the skies and the earth in six stages then He settled on the throne, He covers the day with the night, which it quickly looks for it, and the sun and the moon and the stars are governed by His command. Know that the creation and the command is His. Blessed is God, Master of humankind |
| Ali Quli Qarai Indeed your Lord is Allah, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and then settled on the Throne. He draws the night’s cover over the day, which pursues it swiftly, and [He created] the sun, the moon, and the stars, [all of them] disposed by His command. Look! All creation and command belong to Him. Blessed is Allah, the Lord of all the worlds |
| Ali Unal Indeed your Lord is God, Who has created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He has established Himself on the Supreme Throne, covering the day with the night, each pursuing the other swiftly, with the sun, the moon, and the stars obedient to His command. Know well that His is the creation and His is the command. Blessed and Supreme is God, the Lord of the worlds |
| Hamid S Aziz Verily, your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days; then mounted He the Throne (of Authority and Power). He covers night with the day - it pursues it incessantly- and the sun and the moon and the stars are subject to His command |
| John Medows Rodwell Your Lord is God, who in six days created the Heavens and the Earth, and then mounted the throne: He throweth the veil of night over the day: it pursueth it swiftly: and he created the sun and the moon and the stars, subjected to laws by His behest: Is not all creation and its empire His? Blessed be God the Lord of the Worlds |
| Literal That your Lord (is) God who created the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth in six days/times, then He aimed to/sat on/straightened on the throne/royal bed/palace , the daytime covers/darkens the night, it seeks/wants it quickly/urgently , and the sun and the moon and the stars/planets (are) manipulated/subjugated with His order/command, is (it) not to Him the creation and the order/command/matter/affair? Blessed (is) God the creatures all together`s/(universes`) Lord |
| Mir Anees Original Your Fosterer is certainly Allah Who created the skies and the earth in six periods, then He set the balance on the throne (of the universe) . He makes the night to cover the day, which (i.e. the day) seeks the (night) rapidly (in succession). And the sun and the moon and the stars are compelled to follow His command. Is not His the creation and he command? Blessed be Allah the Fosterer of the worlds |
| Mir Aneesuddin Your Lord is certainly God Who created the skies and the earth in six periods, then He set the balance on the throne (of the universe) . He makes the night to cover the day, which (i.e. the day) seeks the (night) rapidly (in succession). And the sun and the moon and the stars are compelled to follow His command. Is not His the creation and he command? Blessed be God the Lord of the worlds |
