﴿وَٱتَّقُواْ فِتۡنَةٗ لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ مِنكُمۡ خَآصَّةٗۖ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 25]
﴿واتقوا فتنة لا تصيبن الذين ظلموا منكم خاصة واعلموا أن الله شديد﴾ [الأنفَال: 25]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And be aware of trials which affects not only those of you who do wrong, and know that God is strict in punishment |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And be cautious of a trial that does not exclusively happen to those who did wrong among you. And know that God is severe in punishment |
| Ali Quli Qarai And beware of a punishment, which shall not visit the wrongdoers among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in retribution |
| Ali Unal And beware and guard yourselves against a trial that will surely not smite exclusively those among you who are engaged in wrongdoing; and know that God is severe in retribution |
| Hamid S Aziz And fear temptation (or trial, chastisement, oppression, discord, chaos) which falls not exclusively on those of you who have done wrong; but know that Allah is severe in punishment |
| John Medows Rodwell And be afraid of temptation: the evil doers among you will not be the only ones on whom it will light: And know ye that God is severe in punishment |
