Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anfal ayat 59 - الأنفَال - Page - Juz 10
﴿وَلَا يَحۡسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُوٓاْۚ إِنَّهُمۡ لَا يُعۡجِزُونَ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 59]
﴿ولا يحسبن الذين كفروا سبقوا إنهم لا يعجزون﴾ [الأنفَال: 59]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al Do not let the unbelievers think that they can get the better of you, they will never prevail |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And those who disbelieved should not think that they are ahead, indeed they cannot incapacitate (or escape from God) |
| Ali Quli Qarai Let the faithless not suppose that they have outmanoeuvred [Allah]. Indeed, they cannot frustrate [His power] |
| Ali Unal And let not those who disbelieve ever think that they can outdo the believers or otherwise escape Our punishment. They can never frustrate Our will |
| Hamid S Aziz Let not those who disbelieve deem that they can outstrip (believers or Allah´s purpose); verily, they cannot frustrate them (or escape) |
| John Medows Rodwell And think not that the infidels shall escape Us! They shall not weaken God |
| Literal And those who disbelieved do not think/suppose (that) they raced/went ahead/won, that they truly do not disable/frustrate |
| Mir Anees Original And do not let those who do not believe suppose that they will win, they certainly cannot defeat (Allah) |
| Mir Aneesuddin And do not let those who do not believe suppose that they will win, they certainly cannot defeat (God) |
