Quran with English translation - Surah Al-Anfal ayat 71 - الأنفَال - Page - Juz 10
﴿وَإِن يُرِيدُواْ خِيَانَتَكَ فَقَدۡ خَانُواْ ٱللَّهَ مِن قَبۡلُ فَأَمۡكَنَ مِنۡهُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ ﴾
[الأنفَال: 71]
﴿وإن يريدوا خيانتك فقد خانوا الله من قبل فأمكن منهم والله عليم﴾ [الأنفَال: 71]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al But if they have deceptive plans against you, they have already committed treason against God, so He has given you power over them, and God is He Who has knowledge and wisdom |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And if they want to betray you, they have certainly betrayed God in the past, so He gave you power over them. God is knowledgeable and wise |
| Ali Quli Qarai But if they seek to betray you, then they have already betrayed Allah earlier, and He gave [you] power over them; and Allah is all-knowing, all-wise |
| Ali Unal But if they seek to betray you (O Messenger) – well, they were treacherous to God before (and the outcome thereof is plain to see): God has given you power over them. God is All-Knowing, All-Wise |
| Hamid S Aziz But if they desire to betray you - they have betrayed Allah before! - but He hath given you power over them; for Allah is Knower, Wise |
| John Medows Rodwell But if they seek to deal treacherously with you - they have already dealt treacherously with God before! Therefore hath He given you power over them. God is Knowing, Wise |
| Literal And if they want your betrayal/unfaithfulness, so they had betrayed/become unfaithful to God from before, so He gave others high position/strength from them, and God (is) knowledgeable, wise/judicious |
