﴿وَأَذَٰنٞ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦٓ إِلَى ٱلنَّاسِ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَجِّ ٱلۡأَكۡبَرِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَرِيٓءٞ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُۥۚ فَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَهُوَ خَيۡرٞ لَّكُمۡۖ وَإِن تَوَلَّيۡتُمۡ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمۡ غَيۡرُ مُعۡجِزِي ٱللَّهِۗ وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ ﴾
[التوبَة: 3]
﴿وأذان من الله ورسوله إلى الناس يوم الحج الأكبر أن الله بريء﴾ [التوبَة: 3]
| Al Bilal Muhammad Et Al And announce from God and His messenger, to the people on the day of the Great Hajj, that God and His messenger dissolves your obligations to the pagans. If you then repent, it is best for you. But if you turn away, know that you cannot stop God. And proclaim a terrible penalty to those who do not believe |
| Ali Bakhtiari Nejad And a declaration from God and His messenger to the people on the day of the greatest Pilgrimage (Hajj): indeed God and His messenger are free of (any obligation for) the polytheists. So if you repent, it is better for you, and if you turn away, know that you cannot escape God. And give the news of a painful punishment to those who disbelieved |
| Ali Quli Qarai [This is] an announcement from Allah and His Apostle to all the people on the day of the greater Hajj: that Allah and His Apostle repudiate the polytheists: If you repent that is better for you; but if you turn your backs [on Allah], know that you cannot frustrate Allah, and inform the faithless of a painful punishment |

| Literal And announcement/information from God and His messenger to the people, (on) day (of) the pilgrimage the greatest/biggest , that God (is) innocent/renouncing , from the sharers/takers of partners (with Him) , and His messenger, so if you repented, so it is best for you, and if you turned away, so know that you are not disabling/frustrating God, and announce good news (to) those who disbelieved with a painful torture |
