﴿قَالُواْ نَفۡقِدُ صُوَاعَ ٱلۡمَلِكِ وَلِمَن جَآءَ بِهِۦ حِمۡلُ بَعِيرٖ وَأَنَا۠ بِهِۦ زَعِيمٞ ﴾
[يُوسُف: 72]
﴿قالوا نفقد صواع الملك ولمن جاء به حمل بعير وأنا به زعيم﴾ [يُوسُف: 72]
| Shabbir Ahmed They said, "We have lost the King's cup, and whoever produces it shall have an extra camel-load, and I (the chief royal servant) guarantee that |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed They said: "We miss the great drinking cup of the king; For him who produces it, is (the reward of) a camel load (of grain); I will be bound by it |
| Talal A Itani New Translation They said, 'We are missing the king's goblet. Whoever brings it will have a camel-load; and I personally guarantee it |
