﴿قُلۡ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ بَشَرٞ مِّثۡلُكُمۡ يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَآ إِلَٰهُكُمۡ إِلَٰهٞ وَٰحِدٞ فَٱسۡتَقِيمُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُوهُۗ وَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ ﴾
[فُصِّلَت: 6]
﴿قل إنما أنا بشر مثلكم يوحى إلي أنما إلهكم إله واحد فاستقيموا﴾ [فُصِّلَت: 6]
| Shabbir Ahmed (O Prophet) say to them, "I am only a human being like you. It has been revealed to me that your God is One God. Therefore, march along the Straight Road to Him and seek the protection of His forgiveness. And (know that) there is nothing in store but loss for them who associate 'partners' with Him." ('Wayl' = Woe = Ultimate loss) |
| Syed Vickar Ahamed (O Prophet!) You say: "I am only a human like you: By Revelation, it is made known to me that your God is One Allah: So take the true Path to Him, and be in obedience (to Him) and ask for forgiveness," and (as) a warning to those who join gods with Allah— |
