﴿وَيَوۡمَ يَحۡشُرُهُمۡ كَأَن لَّمۡ يَلۡبَثُوٓاْ إِلَّا سَاعَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلنَّهَارِ يَتَعَارَفُونَ بَيۡنَهُمۡۚ قَدۡ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُواْ بِلِقَآءِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهۡتَدِينَ ﴾
[يُونس: 45]
﴿ويوم يحشرهم كأن لم يلبثوا إلا ساعة من النهار يتعارفون بينهم قد﴾ [يُونس: 45]
| Abdel Haleem On the Day He gathers them together, it will be as if they have stayed [in the world] no longer than a single hour, and they will recognize one another. Those who denied the meeting with God will be the losers, for they did not follow the right guidance |
| Abdul Hye And on the Day when He shall gather them all together, it will look as if they had not stayed (in the world) but an Hour of a day. They will recognize each other. Indeed (they will realize that) those who will be ruined who denied the meeting with Allah, and they were not guided |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali One day He will gather them together: (It will be) as if they had tarried but an hour of a day: they will recognise each other: assuredly those will be lost who denied the meeting with Allah and refused to receive true guidance |
