﴿وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَإِنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَأٓتِيَةٞۖ فَٱصۡفَحِ ٱلصَّفۡحَ ٱلۡجَمِيلَ ﴾
[الحِجر: 85]
﴿وما خلقنا السموات والأرض وما بينهما إلا بالحق وإن الساعة لآتية فاصفح﴾ [الحِجر: 85]
| Abdel Haleem We did not create the heavens and the earth and everything between them without a true purpose: the Hour will certainly come, so [Prophet] bear with them graciously |
| Abdul Hye And We have not created the heavens, the earth, and all that is between them except with truth. Surely, the Hour (of Doom) is coming, so overlook (O Muhammad) their faults with gracious forgiveness |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali We created not the heavens, the earth, and all between them, but for just ends. And the Hour is surely coming (when this will be manifest). So overlook (any human faults) with gracious forgiveness |
