﴿وَمَا مَنَعَ ٱلنَّاسَ أَن يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ إِذۡ جَآءَهُمُ ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُوٓاْ أَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ بَشَرٗا رَّسُولٗا ﴾
[الإسرَاء: 94]
﴿وما منع الناس أن يؤمنوا إذ جاءهم الهدى إلا أن قالوا أبعث﴾ [الإسرَاء: 94]
Abdel Haleem The only thing that kept these people from believing, when guidance came to them, was that they said, ‘How could God have sent a human being as a messenger?’ |
Abdul Hye And nothing prevented people from belief when the guidance came to them except that they said: “Has Allah sent a human as (His) Messenger?” |
