﴿وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَانًا عَرَبِيّٗا وَصَرَّفۡنَا فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلۡوَعِيدِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ أَوۡ يُحۡدِثُ لَهُمۡ ذِكۡرٗا ﴾
[طه: 113]
﴿وكذلك أنـزلناه قرآنا عربيا وصرفنا فيه من الوعيد لعلهم يتقون أو يحدث﴾ [طه: 113]
Abdel Haleem We have sent the Quran down in the Arabic tongue and given all kinds of warnings in it, so that they may beware or take heed |
Abdul Hye And thus We have sent down the Qur’an in Arabic, has explained in it the details of the warnings so that they may fear Allah, or may generate lesson from it |
Abdullah Yusuf Ali Thus have We sent this down - an arabic Qur'an - and explained therein in detail some of the warnings, in order that they may fear Allah, or that it may cause their remembrance (of Him) |
Abdul Majid Daryabadi And Thus We have sent it down, an Arabic Recitation, and have propounded variously therein of the threats, that haply they may fear, or that it may generate in them some admonition |
