﴿ٱلَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّ ٱلنَّاسَ قَدۡ جَمَعُواْ لَكُمۡ فَٱخۡشَوۡهُمۡ فَزَادَهُمۡ إِيمَٰنٗا وَقَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا ٱللَّهُ وَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡوَكِيلُ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 173]
﴿الذين قال لهم الناس إن الناس قد جمعوا لكم فاخشوهم فزادهم إيمانا﴾ [آل عِمران: 173]
Abdel Haleem Those whose faith only increased when people said, ‘Fear your enemy: they have amassed a great army against you,’ and who replied, ‘God is enough for us: He is the best protector,’ |
Abdul Hye those believers to them the people (hypocrites) said: “Surely, the people (pagans) have gathered against you a great army, so fear them.” But it (only) increased their faith, and they said: “Allah alone is sufficient for us, and He is the excellent Guardian.” |
