﴿لَّقَدۡ سَمِعَ ٱللَّهُ قَوۡلَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ فَقِيرٞ وَنَحۡنُ أَغۡنِيَآءُۘ سَنَكۡتُبُ مَا قَالُواْ وَقَتۡلَهُمُ ٱلۡأَنۢبِيَآءَ بِغَيۡرِ حَقّٖ وَنَقُولُ ذُوقُواْ عَذَابَ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ ﴾
[آل عِمران: 181]
﴿لقد سمع الله قول الذين قالوا إن الله فقير ونحن أغنياء سنكتب﴾ [آل عِمران: 181]
| Abdel Haleem God has certainly heard the words of those who sneer, ‘So God is poor, while we are rich’. We shall record everything they say––as well as their killing of prophets in defiance of all that is right- and We shall say to them, ‘Taste the torment of the scorching fire |
| Abdul Hye Indeed, Allah has heard the saying of those who say: “Truly, Allah is poor and we are rich!” We shall record what they have said, their killing of the prophets unjustly, and We shall say: “Taste the punishment of the burning fire |
