﴿وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ إِنَّآ أَطَعۡنَا سَادَتَنَا وَكُبَرَآءَنَا فَأَضَلُّونَا ٱلسَّبِيلَا۠ ﴾
[الأحزَاب: 67]
﴿وقالوا ربنا إنا أطعنا سادتنا وكبراءنا فأضلونا السبيلا﴾ [الأحزَاب: 67]
| Abdel Haleem and ‘Lord! We obeyed our masters and our chiefs, and they led us astray |
| Abdul Hye And they will also say: “Our Lord! Surely, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the Right Way |
| Abdullah Yusuf Ali And they would say: "Our Lord! We obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us as to the (right) Path |
